Your role would involve;
- Greeting clients, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries to the relevant department via the switchboard
- Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
- Booking meetings, organising company meeting rooms for company Managing Director
- Sorting and distributing company post
