Townsend Montessori Nurseries are looking to recruit a Montessori teacher to join the team at our beautiful nursery in Faversham Kent .

Hours are negotiable and will be discussed at interview

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering high standards of education for children

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

 Successful experience of planning, assessing and teaching in the early years
 A clear understanding of what constitutes outstanding early years practice
 A good understanding of the statutory requirements
 Ability to create a positive and child-centred learning environment
 High levels of organisation and the ability to plan effectively to meet children’s individual needs

You will need to hold a qualification on Montessori education and practice

Your role will include promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times.

Salary will be dependent on previous experience and responsibilities.

Townsend Montessori Nurseries consist of nine nurseries in Margate, Faversham, Whitstable, Maidstone, Broadstairs, Herne Bay and Forest Hill.
