Our client is looking for a Sales Estimator with experience in the building industry to join their team based in Folkestone. You will have a background in customer service or sales within the building/construction industry and have strong product knowledge. You will be good with numbers and experienced providing quotations for customers.
Your responsibilities in the role:
* Prepare cost estimates for new enquiries
* Preparing written proposals for clients
* Producing sales quotations and emailing customers
* Thoroughly checking telephone orders
* Advising customers on products
* Keeping up to date on products by attending training with suppliers
* Working closely with the sales manager to improve the sales process
* Supporting the customer service team with telephone orders and enquiries
