Contracts Administrator

Your duties on a daily basis will include:
* Answering customer calls
* Passing any faults to troubleshooting
* Logging repair calls and booking engineer visits
* Process new orders
* Raise invoices
* Prepare engineer paperwork
* Update the customer database
* General customer service and admin
The successful candidate will have a strong administration background; experience with engineers would be ideal but not essential. You will work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.
If successful, you would be able to start immediately after an interview. While working for Office Angels you will receive 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) pension and additional benefits such as eye care vouchers, retail discounts and incentives/competitions.
