My client based in Ashford are currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Administrator to join their team. The hours for this role are 9.30am-3.00pm Monday to Friday.



Duties and responsibilities:

* Acting as first point of contact taking incoming calls
* Processing invoices using ICON system
* Reconcile and claim petty cash
* Maintain diary and manage bookings
* Ordering from company catalogue



-Team based environment

-Morning catch ups with the team

-Free parking

-20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing by 1 day per year of service up to 25 days
