We are looking for an experienced and reliable Minibus Driver to drive the company shuttle bus between Tunbridge Wells town centre, High Brooms Station and our head office at various shifts over the weekends and a late shift Monday to Friday. We will provide a 15-seater minibus and you will and be able to do either the early or the late shift, or both. The position will initially be on a free-lance, self-employed contract with the possibility of permanent employment going-forward.

The morning shift will be between 5.30am – 9.30am and the afternoon shift will be between 2:00pm and 5:30pm. The minibus will pick up from Tunbridge Wells town centre with one stop at High Brooms Station with the last stop at the Childrensalon head office in Decimus Park in the morning and then back again in the afternoon.

The successful candidate will;

• Have had at least 4 years of experience driving a minibus
• Ensure the minibus is kept clean and in good condition
• Be able to do regular inspections of the minibus tyres, lights, oil, water and fuel, ensuring that any work required is communicated immediately to the Facilities Manager
• Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines for minibus drivers
• Be reliable and have exceptional time keeping
• Hold a full clean driving licence with a D1 entitlement for the past 4 years
• Hold and up to date CPC card
• Be 21 or over
