We are a firm of Chartered Accountants seeking a pro-active Business Graduate to join our administration team.
The post holder must be competent in all Microsoft Office products, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel. We are looking for a confident and helpful all round team player who can work well under pressure, in return you will be given full training.
The role is based in the Reception area and incorporates a variety of administration tasks such as (but not limited to):
• Act as one of the first points of contact for the company, to both clients and suppliers, via the telephone and in person.
• Filing & searching for documents in the Document Management System.
• Preparing rooms for seminars, webinars and meetings including the organisation of refreshments.
• Setting up new clients on our accountancy data base.
• Processing of client’s payments.
• Assisting with Credit Control, when required.
• Providing support to the Account Managers and Senior Management.
• Providing support to the Office Manager
• Processing outgoing post.
• Populating mail merges. This may include the creation of data sources and filtering results for inclusion in the typed documents.
The position is full time with hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm. Salary will be dependent on experience.
