We have an excellent new opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join a local employer within Kent.
As a Compliance Officer, you will have the overall responsibility for all Compliance, Audit, Money Laundering and GDPR functions within the business.
Duties will include;
* Act as the main point of contact for the FCA and other regulators
* Review and approve all marketing literature to ensure it meets regulations before production
* Organise and deliver Compliance training between departments
* Take responsibility for the day to day Compliance monitoring for the business
* CF10 responsibilities including providing oversight of the firm's CASS risk and control framework, ensure the firm's CASS manual and resolution pack remains fit for purpose, as well as conducting Compliance audit reviews
* Monthly Compliance and Audit reports to the board
Experience required;
* Proven Compliance experience
* Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and a desire to succeed in a generalist Compliance role
* Project management experience as well as demonstrable expertise in implementing Compliance monitoring programme
* CF10 desirable but not essential
