The company brief:

This company carries out minor and major project works. They operate in all areas of the construction sector and FM industries with a key focus on electrical and mechanical installations, building and fit out works, design & build projects, refurbishment projects, design and reactive services.

The project:

Our client is currently working on a large commercial project with 1st and 2nd fix works as well as other maintenance works. Projects are available across East London with varying hours and this could change on a week by week basis. They are currently forecasting a few months work available for the successful candidates.

Your new role:

You will be undertaking 1st & 2nd fix works including some maintenance projects. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of various projects around East London:

* Installation of containment and conduit
* Installation of tray and basket
* Trunking
* Lighting
* Power
* Maintenance

About you:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* CSCS/ECS or JIB Card
* CITB certification
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Focused on progress
* Able to follow site drawings
