My client, a successful building company in Maidstone, are recruiting for an Office Manager to join their small team.
The role will be responsible for organising and maintaining the back office and organising staff workloads.
Other responsibilities include:
Updating customers database
Sending out quotes and paperwork to customers
Liaising with suppliers
Keeping paperwork and clients files compliant
Organising daily schedule of workers on the road
We are looking for candidates with strong admin experience with excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task. You will need to have a good telephone manner with the ability to speak with customers confidently and build relationships with them.
Other key skills include:
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritise workloads
Work well under pressure
