COMMIS CHEF – daytime hours - alternate weekends off - £16,000 -
This busy restaurant and bistro that can cater for up to 600 covers a day and is set within a beautiful garden centre.
The emphasis here is good home cooked food, all made from scratch to a very high standard. Everything including all the bread, cakes and pastries are made in house. There is a variety of menus including a full a la carte menu in the bistro.
As part of a brigade of 7 chefs you will have the opportunity to train all sections of the kitchen, working within a talented team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic chef keen to learn and demonstrate their passion for cooking. This really is a great chance to be part of an ambitious, forward thinking team.
Other benefits include straight shifts, every other weekend off and no evenings!
