Great Customer Service Opportunity! Fixed term for 12 months

Customer Services Assistant -Chatham town centre , however this role will see you travelling to 5 other branches to help cover sickness and extra work, all in the local area

£16000 - £18,000 per annum, (Depending on experience) plus great benefits and career prospects!

You will ideally have banking expereince, however solid retail skills will be considered

Our client is a large retail bank and is looking to expand their customer services front line staffing team.

The role:

To provide a high standard of customer services, throughout all areas of the business
To consistently deliver a high degree of accuracy whilst administering branch processes and systems
Build relationships with new and existing customers via the promotion of new products and services
Respond to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Demonstrate a professional and courteous manner to each customer
Able to deal with any customer issues and complaints and be of a resilient character
Process all transactions and contribute to team targets

The ideal candidate would come from a banking background, however, we can consider strong retail face to face experience

You must have excellent front line customer care skills with a professional manner
Solid work history for reference purposes
Have a high degree of IT literacy and able to pick up internal systems with ease
Ideally have GCSE grade C and above in English and Maths or equivalent.

Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm and 2 Saturday's per month 9am - 12.30pm (time off in lieu)

* Discretionary Bonus Opportunity - up to 5% of basic salary

As this is a financial company you must not have any CCJ's or IVA's and be able to be CRB cleared and referenced for 5 years.
