Reporting to the Director for Business Training the role of Head of Higher Education and Professional Learning is an important leadership appointment that will drive forward the new higher education strategy for the Group. You will provide the inspiration necessary to drive holistic and collaborative support in order to develop a work-based HE curriculum offer that meets the needs of the local community.
You will possess significant leadership experience, quality and people management skills at a strategic level; gained via successful performance in a similar role and/or via demonstrable achievements in a Professorial Leadership role. The ability to develop, an innovative HE curriculum through an awareness of the local and national HE landscape will be essential.
