The Mill our new restaurant will be opening during summer 2018, in preparation a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Barista to join the team has arisen. You will deliver consistent outstanding customer service while being responsible for the Barista counter by producing hand crafted coffee. You will monitor and audit the coffee quality through daily checks and weekly audits to ensure we serve great coffee consistently. You will also support the development of other Baristas through training using our guides.

Hours of Work: full time to include weekend working

Skills and Experience: the successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing with a real passion for coffee. Previous experience of working as a Barista in a busy catering environment is essential. Along, with the ability to provide consistent customer service while being proactive to increase sales. Additionally, you will have the ability to train and develop other Baristas within our training guidelines.
