As an Apprentice with OSB, you will gain fantastic insight and experience into financial services and open up future career opportunities.
Whether you currently have GCSEs or A-levels, we can support both Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships.

We currently have an exciting Mortgage Servicing Assistant (Apprentice) role, which will offer you the chance to:
• understand and carry out mortgage related administration activities
• work closely with our OSB teams to ensure we offer a good service to our customers
• participate in team meetings and as you begin to understand the business, offer your ideas for improvements.

In return for your hard work, we will offer you:
• a structured learning and development programme, leading to your Level 2 or 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in a fast paced Bank

• competitive salary of £12,000 per annum (rising to £13,500 after completion of 12 months), 22 days holiday, hours of 9-5 Monday- Friday and lots of added extras on Perkbox (cheap cinema tickets, discount codes for eating out and high street stores, free phone insurance!)

Our requirements:
• good communication skills and a willingness to learn the department from the ground up
• an interest in business and an inquisitive mind
• self-motivation and initiative to suggest improvements and interact confidently with all departments
• determination to learn and develop new skills, with the long term aim to progress
• minimum GCSEs in Maths, English and ICT (Grade 4 or above)
