A large Kent based Letting & Estate Agency are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join one of their expanding branches in Medway.
They are looking for an outstanding candidate who has an exceptional telephone manner to manage the generation of sales and new business whilst maintaining excellent customer and client relationships.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate:
Outstanding sales ability
A confident telephone manner and capability in face-to-face meetings
Organisational and time-management skills
Being 'hot' on the phones (making outbound calls)
A hardworking and positive 'can do' attitude to work
This is a very fast paced role that will lead to an exciting and successful career in property and estate agency sales for the right candidate!
You will be required to work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays and in return will receive a competitive base salary of £18,750 with Year 1 OTE between £25-30,000.
Excellent benefits package also on offer.
