South East Refurbishments Ltd is a well-established Building Contractors based in Rochester, Kent and primarily operates throughout the South East.
A great opportunity for a Full Time Audio Typist/Receptionist/Administrator has arisen to carry out general office duties. The ability to audio type is essential as well as a good telephone manner and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Duties will include:
• Answering Telephone and greeting visitors
• Audio Typing
• Typing of minutes of meetings
• Order stationary and company uniforms
• Scanning documentation and email contract related documentation
• The ideal candidate would have previous experience working within the Building Industry.
Hours of work are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday with ½ hour lunch break.
Applicants should process excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a confident manner and be able to work independently as well as within a small team.
