Customer Support Technican
Our client a large IT business is looking for a confident customer focused individual to join their team
Your main role will be to advise client on the correct use of the products, this is measured by customer surveys and call evaluations
You will be phone based dealing with customer issues and cases allowing you to meet the teams objectives
Ensure 3rd party clients are kept informed of progrss of cases
Identify hardware problems
Recording of accurate client infomation on the CRM system
The ideal candidate would have worked in a technical customer services role, ideally within IT or support type role
Educated to A level AND/OR GCSE - grade C in Maths and English GCSE
Previous experience in a dental role AND/OR customer support role AND/OR software support role
Flexibility will be required to meet a shift between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
