Curd & Cure is a growing independently owned speciality food & drink wholesaler in Staplehurst, Kent.
We are a friendly and dynamic team who are looking for an applicant to join our growing team in our brand new purpose built unit. As we specialise in high end artisan food you must have a good knowledge, love and passion for quality food.
You will be working with our production team helping to cut, slice, pack and label various cheeses & meats. This will require you to work quickly and accurately to ensure all product and hygiene standards a met.
Reporting to your supervisor you will adhere to all H&S procedures and help keep all areas clean and tidy.
Hours of work;
10am - 6pm Monday to Thursday
9am - 5pm Friday
Rate of pay £7.83p/hr
Essential Attributes;
-Previous food preperation experience
-Keen eye for detail
-Good numeracy skills
-Excellent personal hygiene
-Able to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
-Own transport due to rural location
Desirable Attributes;
-Previous food production experience
-Knowledge of local artisan foods
-Food Hygiene training
