We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join a new Sports Bar, working alongside the Head Chef in the preparation of two menu launches, leading a team of 9 catering assistants and kitchen porters. You will be well organised, flexible, a good communicator, have high standards of presentation and service, a friendly approach and a can do attitude.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include food preparation, supervising staff throughout the day and managing the cleaning schedule, making sure health & safety procedures are being adhered to.
You will be responsible for stock take and orders with local suppliers.
You will be required to manage and motivate the catering team to provide an excellent standard of catering and hospitality throughout the Sports Bar.
About You:
You will have relevant catering and health and safety qualifications.
You will have experience of cooking in a busy kitchen, managing a team and ideally have knowledge of cash handling and using EXPOS.
You will be responsible for ordering stock and ensuring that the departmental procedures are followed, in particular food safety and health and safety.

We are looking for a supervisor that can deliver exceptional customer service, as well support the Head Chef.
