JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Credit Controller and Accounts Assistant
Reports to: Finance Manager
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
JOB CONTEXT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Debtor Management – ensuring that our monthly debtor days are kept to a reasonable standard
• Current credit control experience essential
• Cash Book posting and reconciliation to nominal ledger
• Assisting the Commercial Manager with the Annual Price Increase
• Weekly and Monthly Posting of Sales Ledger Invoices
• Daily reporting on cash balances
• Liaise with Commercial Team to set up new care packages
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
• Experience of Sage Line 50
• Experience of Excel to intermediate level
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to communicate effectively whilst building strong relationships with clients and local authorities and CCGs
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
REMUNERATION
• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm/8.30 to 5pm
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
