BIG Motoring World (BIG), the UK’s leading independent, pre-owned prestige car supermarket, continues its rapid expansion by opening a brand new, purpose built, Retail Centre in Blue Bell Hill, Medway.
We are now looking for motivated, experienced sales individuals to join our already successful sales operation.
Working with four premium German brands; BMW, Mercedes, Audi & VW, you will be expected to provide an exceptional customer experience during the purchase of our pre-owned prestige vehicles.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate positive behaviours and a willingness to grow personally through development supported by our management whilst maximising the customer buying journey through high levels of customer service, product knowledge and a personal ambition to succeed in our fast paced, competitive and fun sales environment.
Full induction training will be provided, along with ongoing sales support to help and improve your existing skill set.
Basic salary plus uncapped bonus, with realistic OTE of £60,000 per annum.
Minimum 1 year sales experience plus full driving license.
