Service Advisor
Sparshatts of Kent Ltd – Ashford
Hours of work: 44½ hours per week including alternate Saturdays from 8am to 12pm
Salary: Between £20,000 pa and £23,000 pa depending on experience

Sparshatts of Kent Ltd are a Mercedes-Benz Commercial franchise. We currently have a vacancy for a Service Advisor at our Ashford depot.
The job role includes:
• managing workshop loading
• liaising with and updating customers
• up-selling our service offering
• compiling estimates
• obtaining order numbers from customers
• liaising with the workshop
• building relationships and delivering a first class service to our customers
The successful applicant must have:
• excellent customer service skills
• display a good understanding of general computer systems
• have an excellent attitude and display flexibility within the working environment
• a good technical understanding/previous experience within a workshop environment would be a distinct advantage
• knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline would be an advantage although training will be given
