Sales Co-Ordinator/Administrator £19-£20,000 per annum (DOE)
Our client a large property services company are looking to recruit an expereinced Sales Administrator/Co-Ordintor to support the sales team
Reporting to the head of Sales you will support the sales team with all administrative and support functions to allow them to deliver a great service to their customers
* To support the Sales and Account Management team members with all administrative and organisational tasks.
* Supporting the team in managing the Customer Database.
* Allocate new business enquiries to the Sales team and assist in follow-up.
* Booking and scheduling of sales team client meetings (where applicable).
* Assisting with focussed sales campaigns and sales reporting.
* Working with marketing team to maximise attendance at events and follow up procedure.
* Assisting with formatting of presentations, and sales collateral.
* Full involvement in all sales and marketing team meetings.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in busy sales division
You will be highly proficient in the user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel with a willingness to learn more as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Super Confident and resourceful manner.
Hands on with a flexible attitude
Well-organised, reliable and an efficient multi-tasker.
Proactive, task orientated and successful team player.
Can work under own direction as at times you willl lone working
An excellent self-starter with the ability to organise and develop great team relationships
Hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30 (however may consider an expereinced individual for shorter hours around school hours etc.)
Kings hill location, however some times you may have to work in the London office due to work requirements
