Full time Duty Officer
Average of 37 hours per week
Based at the Julie Rose Stadium, Ashford, Kent
Salary up to £15,699.00 per annum


We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join our team to cover on a full time basis. You should ideally have at least one year’s leisure facility experience with excellent administrative and customer care skills. As a key team member you will be quick to learn new skills, and ideally have an interest in athletics.

Main duties include, supervising and maintaining staffing levels, ensuring all staff provide excellent customer care, setting up equipment for activity programmes, supervision of stadium facilities/courses and activities, maintenance of health and safety standards and supporting Ashford Leisure Trust’s management team with development and programming of stadium services.

This post requires candidates who are adaptable, enjoy working with the public and have a real appreciation of the importance in delivering a high standard of service. The hours are varied, with an average of 37 hours per week, and will include evenings and weekends; therefore flexibility is a must. This position will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (CRB) check.
