We are currently recruiting for a talented Marketing Manager, in mid Kent, to join a newly refurbished, highly established organisation. This role will require the full marketing mix and significant knowledge of digital marketing. Experience with managing a team is essential as well as working with and at senior level. You will have overall responsibility of the brand, communications and campaign marketing plans.

Working closely with Directors, you will also monitor and manage campaign performance, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, manage financials/budgets within the Marketing department and be responsible for delivering the self-pay growth strategy.

**Experience in healthcare/medical sector is essential**

• Manage Paid Search monthly budgets of £20K
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript Development

This position offers the successful candidate a very attractive salary package of £40-48,000 depending on relevant experience.
