An exciting and unusual opportunity for a principal chef to cater for events at the beautiful Oxon Hoath Country Estate Retreat.
We need someone to create amazing vegetarian food with organic fruit and vegetables from our 2 acre walled garden for our holistic retreats – as well as meat-based dishes for our weddings, corporate groups and parties.
Work time averages 4 days per week – mainly at weekends – but plenty of time off during the week and pro-rata holidays. We are a small team and sometimes you work on your own or with an assistant as well as working closely with the Catering and Events Manager.
A minimum of £22,000 pa is guaranteed for an average of 4 days per week. Freelancers welcome. Your own transport is necessary.
