ADMINISTRATOR required for niche recruitment company in Sidcup. We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, professional and personable; as well as confident, self-motivated, organised and focussed.
Excellent computer skills are essential. Will be working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced, fun and friendly environment.
Previous administration experience is ideal but not essential. Potential for future career development in recruitment industry. Competitive salary + perks and bonuses
ROLE
Answer phones
Add candidates and CVs to in-house database
Update jobs, adverts and websites
Reply to email queries
Check and organise compliance documents
Create and manage timesheets
Manage mail-outs, post and stationary
Assist with social media updates
Ad hoc administration duties
REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
Database usage
Touch typing
Internet – understanding of social networking a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanour
Very organised
Multi-tasker
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Role is full-time Monday through Friday. Immediate start available. Office is located 10 minute walk from Sidcup main line train station and near High Street with good mix of shops and restaurants.
