Main Duties:
Recruitment:
• To monitor all vacancies across the Company and advertise accordingly via the Company’s recruitment database and other job boards
• Review and refresh all job advertisements
• Monitor and filter all applications; providing a short list to the hiring manager
• Assist with conducting telephone interviews
• Setting up interviews and sitting in, when necessary
• Ensuring candidates are communicated with accordingly i.e. outcomes of interviews and providing feedback
• Updating the recruitment database
HR:
• Support with the induction process for new joiners
• To copy all training certificates ensuring they are input onto CIPHR and forward any original documentation to the employee.
• To assist with the arrangements of training courses internally.
Other admin duties:
• To collect and distribute post.
• To maintain coordination of notices for Company boards.
Experience Required:
• Previous recruitment experience
• Administration experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
• The ability to establish rapport with job applicants
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a varied workload
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative and ‘can-do’ approach to work
