We are looking for new recruitment consultants to join us at Critical Project Resourcing. We are a team of specialist recruiters in Sevenoaks who are responsible for finding key individuals to work in the engineering industry throughout the UK. At Critical Project Resourcing, we like to do things correctly and ethically to build long lasting relationships with clients on the forefront of the UK's leading infrastructure projects.
We cover many engineering disciplines working on major infrastructure projects across the UK in Rail, Highways and M&E. You will get the opportunity to work closely with clients on large scale projects such as HS2, Highways England, Crossrail 2, Battersea Power Plant, MOD and the NHS that are all critical to the UK’s economy and growth moving forward in today’s fast pace society.
By working closely with clients, you will be finding the best engineering and management talent and providing solutions to build and maintain our buildings, railways, highways and bridges that will help ease congestion in cities, improve transport links on the railway and maintain our hospitals and schools.
This is a fantastic position for someone who is looking become an expert in a field but isn’t necessarily sure what that is yet! It would suit a recent Graduate or school leaver who is looking for a future career.
YOU will impact the fabric of our society for generations by sourcing and helping our clients attract the necessary talent to improve the UK’s Key Infrastructure. Yes, the financial rewards are excellent; however, the best trainee recruitment consultants are passionate about what they DO, not about what they EARN.
We are offering a full-time training position with a dedicated training programme for all trainees, based in our offices in Sevenoaks, Kent, where on completion you will become a Recruitment Consultant with an increase to your salary. Throughout this initial training period you will be introduced to the full work cycle of a Recruitment Consultant, including our clients, candidates and processes.
You will be mentored by leading consultants ensuring that you get the best start to the sales recruitment profession and will be enrolled on a fantastic commission scheme.
This process continues throughout the development of your recruitment career. You need to be enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn. This recruitment job is an excellent start to a career within recruitment. Over the forthcoming 2 - 3 years you will continue to develop the essential skills to become a professional and successful independent recruitment consultant. You will be embedded within a dynamic forward thinking team focusing on business development and growing the company further.
We are looking to hear from graduates or candidates who would consider themselves to be of 'graduate calibre’.
Successful trainees typically will have:
• Worked during school/college/your degree whilst studying
• Been a member of a club, society or sport team
• Achieved an independent challenge such as travel, work or a personal accomplishment
• Competitive & ethical
• Experience in undertaking office work or related office type activities in a HR capacity
• Experience working in a sales environment or telephone centre environment
