Invicta Motors Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Welcome Host!


This key customer facing role would suit candidates with a friendly, outgoing and positive attitude, projecting a professional and courteous image at all times.

Duties include the greeting of all guests and visitors to the dealership, passing and directing all enquiries, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred to the appropriate department or associate, keeping the reception area in accordance with dealership standards, as well as providing ad-hoc administrative support to other departments when needed.

Previous Welcome Host/Reception experience, ideally within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
Successful applicants will possess the ability to be flexible in working hours as the Reception team members are required to cover for each other when on holiday.
