ID&C is an established award-winning business based in Tunbridge Wells. We supply wristbands and accreditation to some of the world’s largest music festivals and sporting events. Our company is quickly expanding, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our fast-paced organisation, offering plenty of growth potential.
We are looking for a high energy sales team manager to join our EMEA leadership team. In this role you will be leading the day-to-day management of a team Account Managers (AM's) and New Business Development Managers (BDM's). Each AM/BDM is responsible for achieving monthly pipeline targets through daily prospecting, opportunity qualification, database work (CRM), and high activity standards (phone, email, and CRM activity).
You will be responsible for the development and business results of the team; ensuring KPI and minimum standards are being met. The Sales Team leader will work to increase the productivity of the AM'S & BDM'S through motivation, inspiration, skill development, training, coaching, and adherence to activity standards. You will also be responsible for on-boarding, reporting and building a highly empowered, effective sales culture. You will report directly into our VP of Sales, and work closely with our finance, production and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of account managers and new business development managers to drive exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue goals
• Optimise the sales process to produce the best possible close ratio
• Support the development and execution of the sales strategy as part of the sales leadership team
• Build a new sales starter induction program, and collaborate with other departments within the company to deliver it efficiently Identify and address the training and development needs for each team member.
• Identify, analyse and implement process improvements
• Collaborate across the business to share and learn best practices
• Guide and help your team with preparation of proposals, pitch presentations
• Constantly monitor, report and analyse KPI’s and minimum standards via our sage CRM system, Mitel Phone system and sage 200 reporting system.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership/management role
• Experience in exceeding team and individual targets
• Experience executing on metrics and quotas, and a track record of over-performance
• Analytical ability to understand and report; daily; weekly; and monthly team performance to company leadership

• You are self-motivated, driven, high-energy and engaging. You inspire others to work with you.
• You have excellent written, oral and numeracy skills
BONUS POINTS
• Experience working within the live events industry
• Good experience of using Sage CRM, sage 200, and Mitel
• Good Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics
