Senior Admin/Co-Ordinator Projects 30k-40k - Kent

This role would suit you if have
Proven experience working within a fast paced Business Development environment
Adept in using a range of Microsoft packages and software databases
A high level of personal competence in BD activities and business management
Experience of working within a Facilities Management or Building Services company
The role will invole all administrative and operational functions associated to internal and external BD Projects activities.
Updating and managing the MD`s diary to ensure all BD and other associated operational appointments are achieved and ultimately attended.
Be the focal point for communicating any Business Development opportunities and leads from external or internal sources to the Projects team and MD.
Manage recording and updating all projects enquiries from inception to completion.
Create/maintain a dedicated Projects CRM Database.
100% responsibility for managing all projects opportunity data (from external or internal sources)
