Legal Secretary - Commercial Real Estate - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - £18,000- £25,000 - Tunbridge Wells
A leading law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join there Commercial Real Estate team based in there Tunbridge Wells office. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months supporting the fee earners with in the team on all administrative and organisational duties.
The key duties include:
* Diary Management including arranging meetings travel and conference calls
* Building relationships with clients and internal contacts
* Correspondence with clients via letter, email and telephone
* Drafting documentation and presentations
* Updating the CRM systems with clients details
* Produce financial reports and expenses
* Arranging teams social events
Skills and Attributes needed:
* Experience of secretarial role with in a legal environment
* Strong IT skills
* Confidentiality
* Excellent organisation skills
