Joining as Group Financial Controller and reporting into the CFO, you will be responsible for managing a well-established team providing strategic support, contributing to a new systems implementation Group wide and ensuring the smooth running of the finance function.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Group consolidations and ensuring effective processes and controls are in place

- Working closely with the CFO with project based work and financial modelling
- Overseeing the production of the monthly management board pack and month end close process
- Positive contribution to the strategic planning process 
- Driving the budgeting and forecasting process
- Responsibility for the Group treasury function and cash flow forecasting
- Management of capital expenditure projects
- Ensuring statutory accounts, VAT and compliance is met to timely deadlines

Candidates will be formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and possess a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.

Strong systems skills, substantial budgeting and forecasting experience and first rate communication skills will be key, together with a pro-active approach and a strong mixture of core finance experience together with a commercially focused approach. Advanced Excel skills are a pre-requisite. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and highly successful business in a lead finance role.
