My client is a global software company serving its international clients with software packages for the smooth and effective running of businesses. As the way companies change the way they but software now this role has been developed to account manage these new buying habits

The successful candidate would be responsible for the delivery and oversight of assigned activities and events within the Customer Life Cycle for customers located anywhere in the world.

Some of these areas are under development now and some will be developed in the future, so the role will evolve, providing services across the entire customer life cycle.

Areas currently under development and the first activities that the you will be responsible for is the SaaS Customer Onboarding. These include but are not limited to:

• Weekly live connection to customers grouped by same activity needs
• Coordinating and Delivery of a series of live webinars to introduce resources and tools to new SaaS customers
• Provide proactive Q&A to ensure all their questions are addressed and they feel good about our partnership
• Continuous delivery of value-content such as responsibilities of all parties, goal-setting, adoption services, etc.

Ideally candidates will be graduates with around two to three years work experience who can display good problem solving abilities and good attention to detail. This is a great team environment so strong interpersonal skills and good PC skills a must.
