Do you have Customer Service experience from a Retail based environment? Looking to gain experience in an office based role?
Huntress are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Sidcup based client on a temporary basis. The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
* To ensure that all customer information and tasks are logged promptly and accurately on CRM systems
* Responding to a variety of calls and queries
* Attend team meetings and business briefings to ensure expert delivery
The successful candidate will have:
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong interpersonal skills
Working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week working between of 8.00 am - 8.00 pm
