Our client based on Medway City Estate is looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have proven experience as an office administrator and will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
The main duties of the role are;
• Admin support for Accounts, Sales Project and Purchasing Teams
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
• Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
• Draft, format, and print relevant documents
• Photocopy and file appropriate documents as required
The suitable candidate will be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
