An exciting opportunity has come available for a Spa Manager to work for a stunning 4* Hotel and Spa based in Dover, Kent. This hotel boasts of stunning sea views, an 81 roomed hotel with 21st Century comfort and 19th Century Victorian Decor.





Job Summary:



My client is looking for a warm, friendly and engaging Spa Manager to supervise the day-to-day operation of the Spa Department. Maintaining quality standards in conformity to the Hotel and Spar & Health Club.

Ensure that the Spa is among the best in the region, by ensuring a professional and personalised reception and service, as well as varied, creative and original service and guest experience. The Spa Manager represents the Management of the Hotel and shall be responsible and fully focused towards guest satisfaction and delight.



Some of the Responsibilities are:

Responsible for strategic and profitable development of the spa

Responsible for managing all team members on all levels

Responsible for implementing core values
*

Responsible for tacking and developing statistical reporting and for taking action based on statistics
*

Responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa employees
*

Responsible for holding regular departmental meetings
*

Convey clear instructions and guidance to team members and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale
*

Responsible for conducting interviews and skill testing of applicants for all positions in the Spa & Health-club.
