Part time Receptionist / London / £25-32k DOE Pro Rata
A rare opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist to join my client, based in stunning offices in St Katherine's Docks.
The main duties include:
* Switchboard operator for the group
* Meet / greet clients to the business
* Act as a key focal point of the company
* Liaise with other members of the company to facilitate functions and user security / access
* Liaising with Telecoms companies and various suppliers to follow up on faults and organise call-outs
* Maintaining the stock for the Telecoms devices / loan / repair and commissioning
* Arranging internet installs and assist with billing
* Maintain user records and liaise with Finance
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Great written and verbal skills
* The ability to multi-task
* Ability to work with a number of overseas clients with varying cultures
* An approachable and enthusiastic outlook
Hours for this role will be 3 full days per week, covering on a shift rota between hours of 07.30 and 18.00 (7.5 hours per day) although there will be some flexibility required as you will be expected to work a full week from time to time to cover holiday.
