The company brief:
This company's client base ranges from MOD housing, providing reactive and planned works to blue chip companies such as BT and Deutsche Bank supporting FM services and carrying out minor and major project works. They operate in all areas of the construction sector and FM industries with a key focus on electrical and mechanical installations, building and fit out works, design & build projects, refurbishment projects, design and reactive services.
The project:
Our client is currently working on a large commercial project with 1st and 2nd fix works. IPAF tickets and ECS / JIB are essential.
Your new role:
As an Electrician working directly for the developer you will be working closely with the management team undertaking 1st & 2nd fix works. You will be key in contributing to the safe & on time delivery of a complex, exciting project in London and your role will involve:
* Installation of containment and conduit
* Installation of tray and basket
* Trunking
* Lighting
* Power
About you:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* JIB Card
* IPAF ticket
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Focused on progress
* Able to follow site drawings
