Customer Service Agent
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm.
Salary: Basic £15,000 per annum plus attendance bonus (paid after qualifying period) that brings the package up to £19-21,000 per annum.
My client a long established Plant Hire company based on the Medway City Estate are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team.
The main purpose of the job will be to make outbound calls to any new, existing or potential customers to promote the company, its products and services.
Responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining contact with all existing customers to ensure they are kept informed of any new products and services.
* Make appointments for Area Sales Representatives.
* Sending out of any literature etc to customers.
* Following up on any possible leads.
* Maintaining a record of all customers contacted and update on the system.
