The Trust is seeking to appoint a Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead on the development and delivery of its Health & Wellbeing Strategy during the existing post holders maternity leave. The post reports directly to a member of the Trust’s Executive Management Team.
Subject to performance, the potential exists for the successful candidate to be offered a permanent role on the return of the existing post holder.
The successful candidate will have experience of working to reduce health inequalities and understand the need for a strong relationship between the leisure and public health sectors to deliver effective improvements in the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Based at our Head Office in Larkfield you will be required to travel locally to develop relevant partnerships and networks, to manage and deliver programmes in community settings as well as at our own excellent facilities. You will be passionate about the beneficial impact of physical activity on the physical and mental health of the entire community, especially those who are currently inactive or ‘hard to reach’.
