My client is looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager with experience to join the management team of this fresh food led gastro pub. As one of a small group of award winning gastro pubs, they pride themselves on good traditional food, with a little bit of a twist, served well.
They are looking for someone who has the personality and drive to lead and motivate all team members and to support the General Manager in all the business aspects of the pub effectively. You will not be afraid to lead by example and be able to turn your hand to all Front of House tasks.
You will have experience within a fresh food establishment and take pride in offering exceptional service. Many of our guests travel to visit us, and the majority of our clientele return again and again. This is because we always take that extra special care with our food, our drinks and our service.
Candidates will need to have or successfully apply for their Personal Licence.
The rewards offer a basic salary of £19- £24,000 per annum. Added to this is a discretionary management bonus scheme, contributory pension, staff tips and loyalty scheme.
