This is a well-established accountancy firm with two offices in Kent. They offer clients a complete package of accountancy, audit, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services.
Due to further growth in their Ashford offices, they are looking to recruiting an additional Accounts Technician / Semi-Senior level candidate. The exact role you will take on will be dependent on the depth of experience that you have gained so far in your career, and where you want to take you career in the coming years.
You will work closely with the Partners and client managers and be responsible for preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders for review. The role will also involve bookkeeping, VAT return preparation and tax computations/ returns. It is a role which will enable you to develop and deepen your accounting knowledge and skills. There is excellent scope to further your career within the office.
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have gained experience working within accountancy practice, and be confident in dealing with clients and other parties. Ideally, you should have studied to AAT Level 4, or be qualified by experience.
