A Trainee Duty Manager is required to join the Recreation Centre team as soon as available. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a leisure environment and be able to work in an enthusiastic team. Trainee Duty Managers work 40 hours per week over seven days on a rota.

Duty Managers aim at all times for a high standard of customer care, cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring that all facilities are in sound working order and also encouraging a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere.

The successful candidate will hold a NPLQ or NaRS pool lifeguard qualification and a suitable first aid qualification.
