Office Coordination Assistant - Full-Time

Lauriem Complete Care are a successful social care organisation and KCC contracted provider. Committed to providing excellent quality care for people in their own homes. We are currently looking for an Office Coordination Assistant to support our team in West Kent team.
The role:
•The role will be based in our Aylesford office. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Flexibility is needed as the role will require help covering our out of hours team during times of annual leave/sickness, this will be during the evenings (from home) and/or at weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Responsibilities:
•Support the office team with core administrative tasks such as answering the telephone, filing, photocopying, daily outgoing post, etc.
•To deal with any issues that are reported in which will include liaising with Community Care Workers, Supervisors, Service Users, families, hospitals, Doctors, District Nurses and Care Management.
•Support the Area Coordinators with rotas and cover, the allocating of client calls to Community Care Workers bearing in mind availability, SDO requirements/needs and travel time.
•Assist with general Human Resources administration including preparing induction & interview packs, filing, recruitment, training and updating databases.
•When needed to help the On-Call team during out of hours (during times of sickness / annual leave).
Job Requirements:
•Must have experience working in domiciliary care (office or in the community)
•Knowledge of the care industry and CQC regulations & data protection act.
•Be knowledgeable regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, health and safety, equality and diversity.
•Experience in providing high quality Customer service.
•Computer literate.
•Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Attention to detail and ability to probe and follow up on issues.
Salary and Benefits:
