AML Consulting (Global) Ltd (http://www.aml-consulting-global.com/) is a fast expanding and vibrant company within a group that operates globally in a niche area and specialises in providing training and strategic advice for international governments and foreign aid donors in 36 countries. We also deliver consultancy services and training for the private sector in the UK
We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity working directly for the CEO, who will be valued as an important contributing team member and grow with the company and group. There may also be opportunity to travel.

Responsibilities
Liaising with Consultants & Clients
Administering our Skills for Justice training programs
Logistical management and licence supervision of our own immersive training platform
Completing model contracts for our Consultants
Logistics and travel planning for our Consultants and Directors
Updating databases
Preparing invoices
Using Basecamp Project Management Software to administer our projects (training given)
Tasking our website and social media Consultant with news and updates
Basic accounting
Collating and drafting reports
Basic research
Attending meetings outside of the office environment


Essential Skills
Able to deal with work in a confidential and sensitive manner
Able to work unsupervised and on one’s own initiative
Creativity and an ability to design and implement office systems
Excellent verbal and written communication (English first language)
Excellent timekeeping and time management
Methodical and well organised with attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel – will be tested on this)
Proficient in using IT (additional training in Open Source Internet Research skills will be provided)


Preferred but Not Essential Skills
Multi lingual
MS PowerPoint
Able to use Apple iMac computers
Experience using social media or with managing websites

Academic or Professional Qualifications Required
Must have –
Minimum of grade C Maths & English GSCE or equivalent
At least three other grade C or above GCSEs or equivalent

And one of the following:
At least 2 or More A levels (grade C or higher) or equivalent
City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3 Administration or similar


Desirable
University degree
Qualifications in Learning and Development

(If the applicant can demonstrate significant employment experience (over 5 years in role) in their CV then these criteria may be negotiable)
