You’ll be supporting the trading floors of financial services companies around the globe remotely and over the phone. You’ll be responsible for desktop fixes as well as support the development of our apprentices. We’ll give you exposure to networking and servers on the job, and we also have lab environments available to you 24/7 to practise on.

To qualify you’ll need some experience in helpdesk support over the phone, specifically with Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
