The Position:

The Best Connection Group limited, are looking to appoint an outstanding Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and successful team based in Maidstone. The main role of a Resourcer is to source, interview, reference check and place temporary workers into temporary bookings under the direction of a Recruitment Consultant. The key function of this role is ensuring a ready supply of temporary workers are available and suitable to the temporary assignments the branch has to offer.

• This apprentice position attracts a starting salary of £10,500, subject to satisfactory review at 3 months £11,250, at 6 months £12,250, at 9 months £13,500, at 12 months £15,000.

Hours of Work:
A Recruitment Resourcers working week will consist of 40 hours with 1 hour’s lunch break each day.
